This procedure is used to repair a completely dead Samsung LED TV. This procedure can also be applied to other TVs with a similar power supply system.
The Samsung LED TV discussed is model UA32FH4003R, totally off because the diode broke in the power supply.

The voltage specification for this diode, if given a reverse current, is zero volts. If a forward current is applied, the voltage is around 0.15 to 0.45 volts, in the video it reads 0.315 volts.
Make sure the fuse and power cord are still in good condition before performing this procedure.
